Absolutely stunning resort. My only recommendation would be the use of the waterpark should be included in the cost of the room having to pay for it separately just seemed a bit much, especially when you plan to stay for several days.

Our room had ants and beetles in it. We stayed in a villa and were on the first floor. We wish that we would’ve stayed in one of the hotel rooms instead through grand Geneva. The pool was really nice and the land that this is located on is very nice. We just weren’t happy with the bugs in our room.

During the middle of our stay we were asked if we needed anything. we did and it arrived in 3 minutes. Excellent service. It was a good touch to check in with us the middle of our stay. It is rare to be asked that question without prompting after the initial check in.

This was the perfect little spring break getaway for us and the kids! Stocked with all the little things, we really enjoyed the oven and tub. The shuttle to the waterpark was very convenient and the staff were very helpful.

The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.

We live in Georgia and come in to visit our grandchildren in Lake Geneva every few months. The last few visits we have stayed here, It has become our home away from home when traveling here. The rooms are very clean and the property provides us with amenities for our children & grandchildren to come visit and enjoy much needed family time. Highly recommend if you're visiting Lake Geneva!
