The hotel was great overall. The location was perfect and walkable to a lot of places in Lake Geneva. Unfortunately the outdoor pool wasn’t open for Memorial Day weekend when the rest of the nearby hotels had their outdoor pools open.

The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out, they accommodated our room request, the room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view, and it was within walking distance of all the 'downtown' shops and restaurants so you didn't have to pay parking. We would definitely return. Wonderful little oasis and get away for my 90 year old godmother and I. P.S. Loved and appreciated the full kitchenette with dishes, microwave and mini fridge.

Amazing location right on the lake. A minute or two walk to the beach or anything else downtown. No need to use your car unless you’re leaving the downtown area. Big parking lot behind the hotel which was nice to have since it gets busy here. The city people are moving around like they’re playing in game 5 of the finals, so do not try keeping your car parked on the street and have the meter run out, or you’ll likely have a ticket when you return.

Wonderful to be right on the water, 2 blocks from downtown so very walkable to restaurants and shopping, and the room was clean and well laid out. There was a bit of chaos with road construction out front which was finished up while we were there! And they have the restaurant closed right now due to remodeling which should be finished fairly soon so that will be nice. Also, they could train some of the front desk staff to be a little friendlier but most of them were very good. But overall our experience was very positive and good! I would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, looked nice, and staff was great. They have tried doing updates to the rooms, but the place is in need of some major renovations. Bathroom drywall is coming apart, bathroom tile is in rough shape, etc...Just a lot of little things like that. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub. They both look dingy looking through the door. The outside pool and hot tub were both great! Pool furniture was nice also. IMHO, it's a little pricey for the condition of the property. But, supply and demand :)
