The room was large and clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was good. Coffee was not. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The sign for the hotel needs to be closer to the road. Coming over the hill you don't see it in time to turn in.

Very standard, budget feeling hotel overall. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ew!) and they didn’t have the same room available elsewhere so we went to dinner while they cleaned it. When we checked in for the second time, they offered us a late checkout and a free item each for the inconvenience. That was nice, but for a prepaid room that was not available when we arrived… I feel like they could have done better. Breakfast was not great but not terrible… vanilla. Worst thing… connection for Roku was a nightmare… had to spend time on the phone with their tech support to get it working - never had that happen before! And it wasn’t a fluke because they had the tech support info right there! 😂
