Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, but the room itself was terrible. The room had an overpowering smell of mold and mildew. There was a big spot of mold just outside of the shower. The toilet was not firmly mounted to the floor and rocked back and forth as you were sitting on it. We were left with only one towel, so thankfully we didn’t need to shower. There was also hair left on our sink and toilet when we first arrived.

The staff pretty much just checks you in and then mines are business which I mean is wonderful. The hotel appears to be kept up well as far as cleanliness goes. However the website is deceiving cuz it shows that they have a pool and a spa which is a hot tub and it's just a pool. Also the beds at this place are hard as a rock. And the shower in the room at least that we were in is backwards so the hot water was cold water and the cold water was hot water needless to say I was quite surprised when I stepped into that shower!! So not a completely horrible place but in my opinion definitely not worth $230 a night

We had a very nice, quiet stay. Room and hotel were recently remodeled and clean and in nice shape. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they both looked good. Will stay there again when we come back to town.

What laundry? Did see. Pictures are better than the hotel grounds. Bedding had bodily fluids on them and didnt look like old stains looked fresh. Mentioned to elderly woman running desk. It was never addressed while we were there. MOLD in shower lighting in room could hardly see let alone see in a mirror. Frigerator in room was nice. Food was good in morning but limited or not available even at 7am. Will not recomend or stay here again. Saw bettles/bugs in hallway, cobwebs all over lamps in room.

Pros: Rooms are sparse, but clean. Shower area is amazing! Pancake maker in the breakfast room was a huge win for my kids. Cons: No towel hooks (I dislike leaving wet towels on the floor) and not enough towels for the three people in my party. Also, my teens were disappointed about the pool being out of order, as that was the deciding factor for us when booking this hotel stay.

The staff were amazing and kind, the owners mom and dad are super friendly. If we had any issues they ensured it was handled quickly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, the kids enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. I will definitely be returning to that location for future visits.

Average but decent.

The hotel is quite dated but if you need a place to stay and don’t want to pay the $75/day resort fees at or around lake Geneva, this place will be just fine. The lobby and pool area was very clean and the breakfast was decent. No complaints.

I really just needed a room close to my daughters as we were leaving early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised at this motel. I knew they revamped the place. My bathroom had a large beautiful walk in shower. The room was neat and clean. Pool is on the smaller size. Property is close to town but just outside.
