Vacations Close To Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium

Elevator not working during our stay and we were on the 4th floor!

This place is okay...nothing special I would not recommend. my main problems with this place: 1. only one of the two elevators was working, there was a printed sign in the lobby that they were waiting on repairs. The printed piece of paper was yellowed and wrinkled looking like it was in place at least a year, this sign was not put up this weekend. Having half of the elevators down meant sharing one tiny elevator with 7 floors of people and staff. We had to walk up 6 flights of stairs most days. Again...this was not a new sign that the elevator was broken, it has probably been down multiple years. 2. They never cleaned my room 3 days no cleaning, you have to put a sign out when you want room cleaned...I put sign out at 8AM came back at 10PM...it was ignored everyday. I had to ask for new towels and they acted like I was putting them out. 3. This one is weird...my room was right next to the emergency exit, not that i planned to use it, but that is where they stored the two housekeeping carts. so they have two carts blocking the emergency exit at all times of day...seems dangerous. Way better places to stay in the gas lamp area that are all similar price.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and conveniently located. The Little Italy location was amazing. We will definitely stay again

Decent. Bums everywhere outside the hotel, valet doesn’t help with bags. No accommodations for early check in or late checkout options, staff was indifferent and didn’t bother to try even though I mentioned I was willing to pay extra. Overall, it was ok but at the price point there are better options in gaslamp.

The facilities are nice and very clean. Marina views beautiful and nice big balconies. They work on a skeleton staff so for the cost of the hotel you don’t get much in terms of services. We ordered the champagne to be in our room at arrival and it wasn’t :( so we went to the pool bar and when we came back to the room the champagne was there but it wasn’t even in an ice bucket and there were 2 glasses when our res was for 3 adults in our room One of us arrived 30 minutes before check in and the front desk would not allow her to go to the pool bar to wait for us! At check in I felt like we were given more a set of rules than like a valued and welcomed guest. I had told the hotel that we were there to celebrate birthdays but more Importantly that we were there with friend whose husband had died a few weeks prior- I only mentioned this because the hotel asked what the reason for our stay was. I had planned to stay again in October when we return for my friends husbands celebration of life at the Portuguese hall but this hotel was just not worth the cost
