Our new stay destination when visiting Lake City or Live Oak. The new owners have high standards for cleanliness and the staff is very attentive. Just remember to program the IHOP next door in the GPS as Google Maps doesn't recognize the little road that leads in from the highway. Mr Scott was very helpful with everything. We shall return.

Scott checked me in. He was delightful and informative. Room very nice and clean. Comfy love seat. Bed comfy. Soft pure white towels. Great refrigerator and microwave. Great water pressure for a wonderful hot shower after a long road trip. Right next door is an I-Hop and Steak & Shake. A lot of yard space to walk my dog & dogs are welcome free of charge.
