The staff was very good, helpful and tentative. The hotel was ok, the bed sheets were worn and had tears, only three small pillows on each bed. The bathroom needs a fan so it doesn't have that mildew smell. The pool is a large hot tub, but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was just reheated frozen food, eggs were wet, sausages were pale looking, but the juice was good. The Staff was very professional and courteous, every single one of them.
