The stay was fine. But, the service was excellent - we noticed my granddaughter had left her wallet in a nightstand after we were about 3 hours away. They put it away and we came back the next week. All her money was still intact. Integrity and honesty at its finest.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. The remodeled rooms are better than some higher priced hotels. It was clean and quiet. Staff is super friendly. Ideal location, right off of I75 with gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. Good toilet paper, not the super thin kind that most places use. Cons: Bed — If you have neck & lower back issues the plushness of the pillows and mattress may leave you achey. If you love sleeping on clouds then the bed and pillows are ideal for you. Bathroom— I wish the delta shower head had adjustable pressure settings. The pressure is good but because of my aches & pain I prefer a little more pressure than what is put out. Also, there is no place to set your shower stuff on so you end up with your body wash and other items on the shower floor. So I recommend traveling with a shower caddy.

This property looks to have been renovated recently. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and everything looked new. The shower needs a shelf or somewhere to put your shampoo, soap... The walls were a bit thin, but not terrible. Just a heads up that they do not have blow dryers in the rooms or available to borrow from the desk. Otherwise, this was a great room for the price.

Cheap and comfortable

For what I wanted, which was to stay cheap and relatively clean and comfortable this was fine. You could tell they tried to make it a decent room. The actual bed linens were very clean and it took 2 days before I saw my first bug. But be aware, no matter where you go, bugs do get in. I never hold a bug or two against a place. I had good hot water and a foam topped mattress and four pillows so slept well. I would say this met the goal of a cheap hotel which beat camping at the festival I was attending.

The room was spotless and in great condition. Went to checkout at 8 and office does not open until 9. Wouldn't care, but had to leave a $50 cash deposit. There was a sign that office opened at 9, but had no idea there would be no way to get our deposit before then.
