Our rooms were not ready, our rooms were not clean, there was blood on the stairs, there was obvious construction and it wasnt stated on the website. But the young lady at the front desk on 11/08/2025 at 6pm was amazing. She handled herself with grace and treated everyone with respect and kindness even when other guest traeted her rudely. She was the only reason why we stayed.

We got there and our room wasn't ready, took over 1hr to get one. The receptionist however was nice and patient with us and everyone else waiting for there rooms. Rooms looked so old and not the pleasant smell so basically you get what you pay for.

The room was very clean. Hotel is under construction which was not stated at booking. I wasn’t given any information about breakfast, and there was no information about it or other offerings in the room. I was t sure if it was included, or what was offered food and drink wise. No iron in room, I needed one.

Did pre-check in online, requested a 3pm arrival. Room wasn't ready at 3:30. Bathroom was still filthy (sand in the sink and it wouldn't drain) for a room we had to wait for. Front desk clerk at arrival wasn't friendly, departing front desk clerk was awesome. Construction debris in the hallway, so not sure the last time it was vacuumed. We have stayed here before, so it was our go-to hotel in the area.

We had to change rooms due to a broken tv and we couldnt get the same type room that we reserved so i was a little disappointed. The staff was very nice and i realize that they gave me the only available room. All staff was nice and professional. Overall, it was ok for the price.

Affordable

The hotel was really nice. Beds were super comfy. Check in and out wasn’t bad, nobody was rude but the lady barely speaks to you. The room was spacious. There were people that reeked of weed but you can’t help who stays there. It was nice and quiet. The only valid complaints I have is that the mini fridge didn’t work at all, and the room had zero trash cans.

Solo trip - one night prior to airport in morning. Carpets dirty, no air on in the room on arrival, tub faucet leaks, rust stains in tub, light bulb out in bathroom, prior guest left a hair product in bath, etc. Housekeeping needs upgrade. Bed is comfy and towels were clean. Hotel is under going reno but this floor is not there yet.

Sink was stopped up during the stay. Couldn’t brush teeth or wash face in sink. Hotel in need of major touch ups. Carpet is old and doors and door jams need to be painted. Hotel has a good feel and definitely felt safe. Young lady at desk was alone and over worked but never wavered or lost focus.Great customer service.

I booked and paid for a deluxe king and if I did not read the paperwork I was going to be put in a 2 queen room. I mentioned it and was upgraded to a suite which is pretty much a one bedroom not sure I would call it a suite. The a/c felt stuffy set at 69 but got cold at 66. There was a dead wasp in the window. No black out drapes. The elevator stopped working and a staff had to come fix it which included turning it on and off several times. The staff was very friendly. Wish there was breakfast included though they did have it for a fee. Drop the name Wyndham if you aren’t 100% representing that name!

We had two reservations. The first room was not vacummed there was candy wrappers on the floor, fingerprints on the furniture, also the toilet had urine. The next day, I asked to be switched to a different room. That room was clean.

The appearance of the hotel is beautiful in the lobby. The room looked clean. Smelled bad musty like mildew. The bathroom was filthy. You could see the dust build up around the backsplash. Toilet was not clean. The tub was painted and had stains. The shower walls had soap residue. This hotel did not deserve its ratings of 3 stars.
