I was happy with the room overall but a couple of things brought down my rating. First, this was the first hotel I've stayed in in some time that did not have body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bath. There was no soap provided at all. I'm glad my wife always packs her own that I was able to use. The second thing was the coffee. Instead of providing properly brewed coffee, they use one of those machines like you would find in a c-store/gas station. We passed and went to a nearby Starbucks. The breakfast selection limited compared to a lot of other places I've seen lately. So, nice room but at a price point where I expected a little more.

The staff was very helpful and the check in process was done smoothly. However, the door to the hotel room would not open and close properly, the door seemed to be stuck. Also, the button use the to flush the toilet was not working properly and finally the bathtub was not clean it had streaks of dirt left in the tub. We were disappointed with the overall experience stay at the hotel because we had read so many wonderful reviews from previous stays at this particular Best Western hotel.
