Great place for families. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were aplenty for the kids and adults to enjoy. My only critique was the lack of options for kids to eat at the restaurant, but the manager was very kind and helped us find something for them. The pool was spectacular and we even had a chance to play a game of pickleball. Great spot!

We visited for the first time and had an amazing time. The grounds are beautiful, big rooms, great food and service. The kids loved the hot tub and arts and crafts activities. The village is close by with great food and shopping as well. We will definitely be back.

Antiqued back in time very beautiful nostalgic, the comfort of lodge and dining, make reservations for dinner. You won't be disappointed, lodge has hot tub, swimming pool, lakeview..staff offer excellent top of the line service

Nice property but the restaurant was disappointing. No real service unless you go to front desk. Rooms are smelly and no TV which seems more of a cheap move than a sense of nature. Over priced for the what you get. I thought it would be a lot nicer. I recommend you stay in Big Bear at the Holiday in which is a full service Hotel. This seems more of a motel feel.
