Hotel não é para casal ou família, parece mais alojamento para operários, qd se entra no hotel, pelo estacionamento, tem cheiro de comida, pois tem um microondas e mesinhas, onde alguns hospedes comem ali mesmo, é ao lado da recepção, e também, fica a noite uma pilha de marmitas para alguns hospedes, muito estranho...outro problema são os fumantes, fumam nos quartos dá para sentir o cheiro no corredor ou vê-los sentados nas janelas, jogando as bitucas de cigarro no chão do estacionamento. Avisei a recepção, mas no outro dia igual. É proibido fumar em locais públicos, lei federal! O barulho dos hóspedes nos corredores falando alto de madrugada é um abdurdo, e da para ouvir as conversas e o som da TV dos caminhando no corredor, portas finas eu acho. O quarto estava fedorento no ptimriro dia, nos outros melhorou, cama confortável e bom chuveiro. Não voltarei.

Dentro do valor e estrelas, as acomodações foram ok. Eu escutava muito as pessoas andando e conversando no corredor do quarto. Fora q tinha um barulho de algo pulsando no quarto q eu estava q me incomodou. Esperava mais do café da manhã. Boa variedade, com frutas, pães e tal. Só achei q o pão q comi não parecia novinho.

A localização do Hotel é bacana, os funcionários foram super atenciosos. Mas, para um hotel que estava com avaliação 9,2 eu esperava um pouco mais. A limpeza deixou a desejar: o teto do nosso banheiro estava todo mofado e o quarto estava com um cheiro estranho. O vaso sanitário estava entupido. Como ficamos somente uma noite e o hotel estava cheio, acabei não pedindo para trocar de quarto. Além disso, não tínhamos controle do ar condicionado, era apenas ligar ou desligar da tomada. E, por fim, o elevador era bem congestionado. Talvez foi um final de semana com muitas pessoas no Hotel ao mesmo tempo. Mas, esperava mais.

Minha estadia foi muito boa!!! O hotel é limpo, bem organizado e tudo bem conservado! O quarto tinha um ar condicionado (quente e frio) silencioso e bem eficiente, o que ajuda demais no conforto... Todos os dias que sai pra trabalhar e voltei o quarta havia sido arrumado e limpo, o que mostra a preocupação com a qualidade do serviço do hotel! O café da manhã que é incluso na diária é rico em variedades e possui extrema qualidade! O jantar serve jantar a parte também... E a comida é boa demais, tem até sobremesa inclusa. Todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e educados sempre que precisei... Com toda certeza vou me hospedar lá mais vezes.
