We loved it. The room was comfortable and had practical amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was restful and wonderful. Zero hassle. Convenient to many things.

I liked the location, was a good breakfast, despite stsying for a week and askong for my room to have my bin emptied this wasn't done. They supply a kettle to your room but no tea or coffe thos is all down in tje main area witj fresh molk only so not ideal for first morning cuppa! I was only given one pillow for my bed and a very thin mattress on a bed next to the paper thin walls The shower was a joke it kept flooding towards the door where the living area was as no slanting shower wet room area 😒 or partition!

Rooms are too hot

As others have said, no ventilation except a fan in the room. Especially on the top floor, it was almost unbearable. Would it be so hard to have a small window or vent opening?

GreenStar hotelli Lahti kokemuksia.

Hotelliin oli helppo löytää, vastaanotto oli ystävällinen. Hieman karun oloinen, mutta kaikki perusasiat ovat kunnossa. Autojen melu kuului hyvin sisälle, koska hotellin ympärillä on liikennettä kaikilla sivuilla. Huoneen televisio saisi olla suurempi, että näkisi tekstin paremmin. Sänky ok ja suihkutilat hyvät. Aamiainen hyvä. Suosittelen kuitenkin koska hotellin pitäisi olla hiilineutraali.
