Excellent memorable stay from check-in to checkout. All of the staff members were courteous and caring, especially the front desk supervisor Khadeja, the restaurant host Zarmina, and chef Madiha went beyond expectations. Khadeja facilitated the check-in process by making an extra effort to comply with the documentation requirements. Host Zarmina offered excellent service during the breakfast service. Chef Madiha served delicious custom-made omelets. The housekeeping staff was caring and prompt in providing service. This hotel will be our first choice for a future stay!

Very enjoyable - all the staff I met tried hard. The restaurant AC didn't seem to work when I was there - it was a bit warm. Overall the welcome was great - the staff probably made the hotel. The location is pretty good.
