Excellent - highly recommended

Such a friendly hotel with staff who were very willing to help and recommend eating places and directions. Facilities were excellent, and I managed to get a room there at very short notice, having cancelled a poor quality hotel elsewhere in Bayonne. The view of the river (sadly not from my room) was beautiful.

Great deal if you have a car

Its a great deal if you are driving, it's situated about 10 min drive from Bayonne city center. But if you have a car or bike you can get to town very quickly and come back when you're done.

Great place. But our deadbolt lock on door wasn’t working. Clerk didn’t believe me, checked door. Then verified issue only to tell me there was nothing she could do they were booked solid. Traveling as a single female with young daughter. I’d like that peace of mind or at least an attempt to compensate for. I’ve had hotel doors opened before with just single lock in place so I was disappointed with the lack of that basic feature. That’s why I book through Expedia so I have responsive hotels.

Room was clean but I was disappointed in the size, especially after noticing that a single person got a larger room than a couple. Perhaps it was a regular customer... But still disappointed. Breakfast was good with fresh ingredients. For a two star establishment it was an overall good stay for a very reasonable rate 👍

Capisco che sei vicino a Biarritz, ma 122 euro per questo hotel è veramentr tanto per quello che offre. A parte il personale gentilissimo, colazione appena sufficiente. Letto a molle (incredibile! Esistono ancora, non molto comodo.

We sliepen hier een nachtje, met ons gezin. Het was fijn dat iedereen een eigen bed had. De badkamer was ruim, de douchekop was lam, de regendouche kapot. Dat was jammer, na een lange rit. In de avond en nacht veel geluid op de gang en buiten, dat was jammer. Voor een doorreis een prima kamer.

Bonjour, après plusieurs réservations dans votre hôtel, je tiens à signaler mon mécontentement concernant la climatisation à la chambre numéro deux qui fait un bruit énorme, nous n’avons pas pu mettre la clim et du coup avons passé une mauvaise nuit. Bonne journée. Merci de votre attention.
