Location was perfect, lots of beautiful beaches around this area. Huge perk is location right on the beach, walkable beach to Whaler’s Village and Maui Brewing onsite. Luxury pricing but hotel is dated. It was clean and comfortable. Pool was looking pretty old but we still swam in it. The grounds were nice, all staff were helpful and very kind. Parking is $26 a day in garage on top of resort fee of $45 which I thought was steep, but it was secure and convenient. The luxury is the location, though rooms are dated, they were clean and comfortable with decent shampoo/conditioner etc… so I would possibly stay again. We enjoyed our time.

Although one of the older resorts on Kannapali, the property was well maintained, the staff was excellent other than the "Concierge", who after booking a catamaran tour for my wife and I, immediately shoved a screen in front of us requesting a large tip for 10 minutes work. It was insulting.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Close proximity to whalers village. Lack of good options nearby and amenities on property but what they have they take pride in. Laundry was convenient and the thirds bed was good for our kids
