Gorgeous property; love the penguins, swans, and parrots. The pools are nice and it’s great you can hop on over next door to the vacation club and use their pool. The breakfast buffet and views are absolutely amazing. There’s a shaved ice shop and luau experience on the property as well. Worth every penny.

The staff was amazing. Clean and well maintained. The hotel boasts 6 outdoor pools but that is not exactly true…2 w/a hot tub and 3 and the adjacent Hyatt vacation club that they said we had could use. (We didn’t) Not much for beach access in front of the hotel, but an easy walk to food, shopping, surfing, snorkeling and just perfect waves!

We went in July and had an amazing time. The property has pretty much everything you would want. We were traveling with three teenagers and grandparents and had two ocean view rooms. The upgrade is absolutely worth it for the view. The staff was amazing and we had access to everything we needed for an exceptional trip. The entire family agreed we would easily stay here again without question.
