The hotel is not disabilities friendly….my mom had a hard time getting around and if she wanted to go to the pool would have to walk all the way around to get to the lower levels. The property is gorgeous. Large hotel, beautifully decorated, gorgeous pools especially the kids pool which had slides even fun for adults. They also let you use the pool at the Hyatt vacation club which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Really delicious food and the most beautiful scenery with a waterfall, pond and swans. If there was a complaint the only thing is the beach portion was a little short but if you walk next door they have a bigger beach that you can access. Our room was an ocean front view and quite large. Very comfortable and beautiful view. The staff was excellent as well. We will be back. Loved it!

This was a beautiful stay. The birds seem well cared for with happy lives, the landscaping is pretty, the art collection is beautiful and interesting, the building is wonderful, the rooms are grand, the breakfast is fantastic, the views are breathtaking, the staff are wonderful, and we would definitely all stay here again.
