Flew in from Texas and from the arrival at the hotel, the lobby, and then to the room were all EXCELLENT!! The front desk was very welcoming and friendly! My room was very clean, fresh, and quiet! I stayed for the weekend and I will definitely be staying here again when I visit California! They only knock i would have to say it's that the room didn't have a microwave

The staff was very helpful especially when I checked in. The only problem with the room was the air/heat wall unit. The room would get either too cold or too warm no matter how I tried to adjust it. And they really could use a mirror outside of the bathroom if you are sharing with another person.

IHG tried to make this older property into something that it isn't. The location is a freeway offramp. Overnight parking is $15 a day, and no more free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful inside absolutely and the price was unbelievable for the hotel quality ! I must say the only down side is the Internet service was horrible it kept going out all weekend , also big down fall unfortunately the rooms you could hear everything going on outside of the door , next door & etc !!
