Cute property and very clean. Great convenient location right up the hill from downtown. We used the beautiful coastal walk to go back and forth from town to the hotel ( which is only a short walk up a small hill) Had a lovely stay, would recommend!!

Wonderful place. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Loved the pool. Downstairs rooms are a little loud with and the rooms don’t black out so bring earplugs and eye mask if you are sensitive. Overall great place and I’d come back.

Quaint and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone who likes boutique hotels. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Only a block from the beach and a great coffee shop just on the corner. The outdoor area was great though we got in late so didn’t take advantage. The bathroom is pretty small in the one we were in, probably not for people who have a hard time getting around.

The Tides is an absolute gem of a place. My family of four just stayed in a large room with a kitchen and felt like we had our own little Laguna apt. The pool was warm and refreshing at the same time, and always so clean. The staff was so attentive. Free parking. We already miss it.

This property is older and not fancy, but clean, well-maintained, and with a friendly and accommodating staff. Most significantly, it is in a GREAT location. We were within walking distance to downtown restaurants, the Sawdust Festival and the Pageant of the Masters...everything we wanted! This was our second stay...see you next year.
