This is the second time we've stayed here. The one thing we noticed this time is the staff was really helpful. The rooms are clean and we loved the two sink giant bathroom. Breakfast was just a continental but there was enough to satisfy. There is underground parking here. It was wonderful to have to not look for parking or paying for it. Staying here is great to be able to walk to a few nice beaches and note have to look for parking. Because, when staying in Laguna be prepared to pay for parking everywhere. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was super close walking distance. Cresent beach was a quick walk, trolly picked us up outside the hotel and dropped us off anywhere near laguna. However, I di believe the property could be a little more detailed as far as cleanliness. Pool was not heated even though they said it was. So we didnt get in. The bed was nice and clean bathroom bathtub not so much. Those are all things we can over look for everything else. Price was good, convenience even better

Everything was so great in this hotel. Top to bottom, the service, cleanliness, hospitality, friendly, comfortable bed, everything you can name it as a five star hotel. We have been travel around the world and have stay in multiple big end hotels, but this one is way too underrated. We would definitely go back again!
