My booking through your company Expedia was not honored. I was ashamed and humiliated thinking I am good to go until I arrived and was dumb fold when they cannot find my reservation and they claimed they don’t have business with Expedia and your company never make such reservations with them. I want my money back and compensation for all I went through because of your company negligence. My lawyer will contact you if the right thing is not done by your company.

When I got to the property, my room had been rented out to another. I had no choice but to sleep in the car. I was told upon getting into the hotel that the hotel had since cancelled their contract with Expedia. Why did you take money from my account when you know this is so, to me this fraudulent that requires a full wrath of the law. I need a compensation of 10000 pounds based on my experience.

Very disappointing

Mice in the room. Fraudsters calling the room and disturbing at odd hours; we wonder who gave them our room number, but we suspect it's from the property. Staff zero. We had the impression that being white gave them a hope of some extra gain, but when they didn't get what they expected, it turned into another story.

ホテルの周辺には簡易食堂があり、持ち帰りの弁当を買えたり、ビールを買えたり便利だったが、夜通し大音量で音楽をかけている。プール側の部屋にいる分にはそんなに気にならなかったが、wifiが弱く、反対側の部屋に移った夜から寝不足。飛行機で貰った耳栓は捨てずにホテルまで持って行くべき。フロントで苦情を言ったが、私達が初めてではない、との返答に呆れた。 wifi弱すぎる。 ホテルの朝食はアフリカン料理のみ。パンのバターやジャムなし、トースターなし。ヨーグルトなし。周辺に歩いていけるカフェやパン屋もなく、あの朝ごはんを食べるしかない。そもそも、2人分の朝食が含まれている料金で予約したが、一人分しか含まれていないので3000ナイラ払うように小声で言われたのはなぜですか？ バスルームは汚い。バスタブに茶色と赤の汚れが。そもそもバスタブに浸かりたくて、最終的にこのホテルを選んだが、汚すぎるし、お湯または水の量が弱すぎる。また、シャワー以外の蛇口がない。 2人で泊まったが、要求しない限り、タオルはいつも一枚。お茶なども毎日交換されないし、床も掃くだけ。結局掃除に来ない日もあった。 また、チェックイン時に私達の予約がバグだと思った、と言われて予約の確認に時間がかかった。私の国のパスポート(日本)を見せているのに、別の国の人間呼ばわりされる。最初に通された部屋は、予約したのよりも低いランクの部屋。ひどすぎる。 ホテル前の道でギャングが騒ぎ、発砲騒ぎがあった。警察や軍まできた。治安が悪いわけではないと聞いていたが、ビックリした。 主人の国への里帰り旅行として、利用した。オーナーと家族が知り合いということで、最終的にはこのホテルを選んだが、二度と使う予定はない。
