If you’re looking for a clean, safe place to sleep while vacationing in Lagos, this is a great choice. Communication with the staff was easy and thorough. We had an issue with accessing the code to our room and staff was on site within 5 minutes of us contacting them to fix the issue. Our room was very plain and simple, but clean and looked as though it was recently renovated. Location was not bad if you’re willing to walk a few minutes. Close enough to the action without being unable to escape it! Would stay here again, great experience!

Staying at this place was a huge disappointment. First of all the actual address of the property was not clearly stated which caused me to walk in circles for over an hour. Luckily I asked a local restaurant (Snack-Bar Moinho de: Svetoslavia Selverya) who were super helpful and helped me find the place after communicating with the rental manager over WhatsApp for over an hour off and on. The number of the property was nowhere on the email with the instructions to enter the place. I had to call to get that information. And then even when I had it, it was barely visible and I could have missed it again. The room overall was super small and so was the bathroom. The bed was hard. The Internet password didn't match the information provided. I called and found out it was posted in the hallway. So when I logged in it worked for under an hour. After that it didn't work at all. I had to use my own data to gain Internet access. There was a small 1/3 full bottle of "Ice Cream" hand soap at the bathroom sink. No pump in the shower that was for washing your body or hair. I guess the hand soap was multipurpose for everything 🙂 The water took about 4 minutes of running to run hot. At least they had hot water. When you enter the door code make sure not to press the middle of the keypad. You must press the word 'Filter' and only that for it to work. Also use your left hand to open the door knob so you won't crush your fingers turning it to get into the apartment. Never again 🙂
