My stay was unfortunately cut short due to a noticeable damp/mould smell in the room. However, I appreciate how professionally management handled my concerns and promptly refunded the unused nights. Good customer service overall, and I hope the room issue is addressed going forward.

Excellent staff! All the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, responsive and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy - ditto for the common areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for the breakfast. The WiFi however needs improvement - we were unable to connect some devices, but instead got the error that simultaneous number of device connections has been reached. Disabling other devices did not fix the issue. Altogether, a very positive experience and we will love to stay again here. Great and very helpful staff!
