Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The building does not look like a hotel. Difficult to access. Looks like a hideout place. Decided not to stay in Royalty place hotel even though I have fully paid for fear of my safety.
Stayed 1 night in May 2024
