Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotelier placed the wrong address/location in the search map. The hotel was 19 miles from location where they have another hotel. Msquare Hotel thereby misleading clients. I had to pay extra to enable her spend the night in MSQUARE hotel due to the irresponsible deceit
