Charming, clean, and friendly hotel right in the center of town. I got in late and was able to get dinner easily a couple blocks away. Great for those who want to stay close to the old part of the city.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it is an older hotel but I would say it’s well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable. You can hear your next door neighbours but it gets quiet at night so it didn’t really bother me. It’s few steps away from old town, walkable distance to beaches.

Great location!!! Just feet away from Old Town. There is no parking nearby though. It’s about a 10 minute walk. The only frustrating thing about this hotel was my key would always stop working so after a long day I would have to go all the way back down to the lobby to reactive my key.

The staff were all so welcoming and warm, honestly made our trip to Lagos so wonderful! Only thing, is that the AC can be quite strong, so the room would be a little chilly - nothing a sweater can’t fix :)

The location of this hotel was about the only thing going for it. Breakfast was just okay. Eggs were cold all 4 days. The Staff was very nice. As someone has already commented, the decor is outdated and the shower was terrible.

Staff was the highlight of this property, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is an aging hotel, and that can be seen in the rooms overall and the noise. Walls here are paper thin, to the point you often think noise is coming from inside your own room. Also, because of this the cleaning staff who start quite early are likely to wake you up. AC works very well, but the power is controlled by keycard and you’re only provided one. So every time you return to the room it will be hot again. Rooftop terrace is quite nice and a great way to view the waterfront. Location is 10/10, easy walking to all of old town, beaches, and the marina. Overall, 4/5 and an excellent value.

Customer service was excellent. Very clean hotel but very old and very uncomfortable mattresses - springs in the back. So many stairs made it very difficult to transport your luggage. Yes there is an elevator but stairs are unavoidable - either way you are carrying up or down a flight of stairs. This was very hard on the back. Would not stay here again

Very basic accommodation. Ac was fine. Wifi was fine. Hot water was fine. No fridge for cold drinks. A bit of a sewer gas issue. Main complaint: very little soundproofing between rooms. I could hear my neighbours clearly (even snoring at night). Great location though. Relatively quiet street but still close to the old town and marina.

Great location and a great stay! Rooftop patio is a perfect spot to sit in the evenings as the sun sets, you can lookout over the bay and fishing wharves. Definitely would recommend, it’s a quiet location, but close to everything!
