Disappointment

I made reservation and payment through Hotel.Com but on getting there I had to pay again to them because they didn’t acknowledge receipt from Hotel.Com. I was offered the only option which wasn’t my choice with a higher amount. I was constrained because it was quite late to shop for alternatives.

I had to pay an extra amount at the counter, i was told the amount advertised on your website was a false amount, dont know if its fraud or extortion. Very pathetic.
