I had a pleasant stay at Floral Suites Hotel on Monday. The environment was clean, calm, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it a relaxing experience. The staff were polite and responsive, which made my stay even better. It was a short stay, but definitely a good one.

The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online. Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again.

I made the reservation online same day, but I didn’t get there until midnight, first the security personnel was rude and nonchalant. I was at the door and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The room was so unkept. The AC was so loud that I had to switch it off. I do not recommend.

Firstly, my check in time was 12pm in the afternoon I got there around 6pm and yet I was told that my room is no more available, the staff made me book a ride to another hotel costing me 8k , mind you he jumped inside the uber with me to the new hotel . After getting to the hotel he came back telling me we should go back to the hotel cos now he has available room .on getting back to the hotel I was left at the reception for over 45 min …. Finally I got a dirty room 😂 fast forward to 12 am ac stopped working 🙄 I called for them to fix it, to my biggest surprise I was offered a fan till the next day …. Rooms are so dirty and needed renovations
