Liked: Staff & service
The employees are unique in that they are alert to their duties. Management, however, was incapable of distinguishing customers who had paid for breakfast as part of the package. You'd hear "We do not serve complementary breakfast." This dilemma was a daily occurrence until I stopped asking for breakfast.
