Well the Hotel is located at entrance of the city. Overall the hotel had many defects like the walls were hollow therefore you can hear all the noisy around. Some of the wall had mold, and holes towards the Main Street.

El hotel esta muy lindo la gente muy amable pero realmente no esta funcional no serbia los contactos del baño el foco debajo de la cama prendía y se apagaba en todo momento y no deja descansar las puertas se azotan y no se si la gente ese dia a todos nos pusieron en el mismo piso pero es desgastante estar escuchando las puertas abrir y cerrar cada rato No se descansa nada !!! Precio Calidad bastante alto

Regular. Pero lo mejor que hay.

Aunque no es un hotel excepcional, es el mejor que hay en Lagos de Moreno. Avisar antes de salir, porque nunca hacen la limpieza en la habitación. El agua del baño no sale caliente.

Nos llevamos una gran decepción, es la tercera ocasión que nos hospedamos ahí, y las veces anteriores fuimos muy fan de la comida, el día de hoy pedimos una crepa poblana la cual respecto a sabor fue insípida y con muy poco relleno, cosa que en veces anteriores no nos había sucedido, aunado a esto, las personas que realizan la limpieza a las habitaciones empezaron a gritar y a platicar entre ellas sobre el pasillo a las 8 de la mañana, sin importar si los huéspedes quieren descansar un poco más, esto duró más de 1:30, por lo que no recomendamos en absoluto hospedarte en ese hotel si tienen como plan ir a descansar

Instalaciones nuevas, por lo mismo uno de los dos elevadores estaba lleno de papel de seguridad. Fuera de eso todo excelente, pequeños detalles de limpieza en el cuarto pero nada extremo.
