“The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! “I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. “Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.”
