Everyone is very helpful and very nice. The view is great 👍 wifi is fast and strong. Would love to stay here again. If the room is equipped with a mini fridge would be perfect.

A quaint and adorable hotel by the sea! Receptionist Jessica is amazing, we love her. Very friendly and super knowledgeable about the island and all the places to see. Always smiling. She made our stay very special. Thank you!

Hotel Arcanjo.

Não gostei do quarto atribuído (segundo andar), lado cidade. Tv muito pequena e num ângulo desfavorável à posição da cama o que afeta a qualidade de visualização e imagem. A água quente leva muito tempo a aquecer. Deduzo que será um problema generalizado nos quartos do segundo andar. Ar Condicionado liga mas não funcionou. Vou equacionar uma próxima vez este hotel pois nas anteriores estadias fiquei muito satisfeita no entanto, se a experiência voltar a ser apenas satisfatória, provavelmente não regresso. Pequeno almoço mantém a qualidade para a categoria do hotel. Staff, mantém a simpatia e disponibilidade de sempre.

Sabia da existência do hotel mas nunca tinha optado por este. Até hoje dada a conveniência e propósito da viagem. A verdade é que não me arrependo e muito provavelmente irei regressar. Foi uma reserva efetuada com muita antecedência numa das plataformas digitais, por um valor excelente no entanto, pelo que noto atualmente, sugiro sempre um contato direto com o hotel. Comodidades: Quarto: Simples mas bem equipado. Tem AC, pequeno Frigo (sem mini bar), TV e mobiliário suficiente para acomodação da bagagem etc. Sem fechadura eletrónica. Casa de banho privativa ok Nível de Limpeza: Soberbo. Top !! Staff: Simpático e disponível. Check in: Rápido Estacionamento: Disponível e gratuito. Pequeno Almoço: Muito bom para um hotel de 2 estrelas. Nas redondezas e a uma curtíssima distância: Vista para o mar e dois restaurantes (José do Rego e Ondas do Mar).

Service ist supernett und hilfreich, die Zimmer und Bäder, sowie das Hotel sind super sauber. Es gibt ebenfalls eine kleine Bar im EG. Fußläufig sind zwei gute Restaurants innerhalb on 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist für Portugal gut(Brot, Ei mit gegrillter Wurst , Obst und Konfitüren, sowie Kochschinken und Käse und süsse Teilchen). Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei. Es könnten zwei Mülleimer sein, einer im Bad und einer für das Zimmer. Und toll wäre ein Vergrösserungsspiegel (das ist allerdings eher ein nice to have)

Die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams haben mich beeindruckt. Sie haben mir zudem viele wertvolle Tips beim Planen der Ausflüge gegeben und mir auch beim Suchen der Busverbindungen unterstützt. In nächster Nähe befindet sich die Busshaltestelle welche einem in ca. 15. Min nach Ponta Delgada bringt. Zudem befindet sich in ganz kurzer Gehdistanz eine Fruteria welche einem Tante Emma Laden gleicht, was sehr toll ist.
