We had a nice stay, enjoyed the pool, views, balcony and breakfast for $12 was good. Really nice location with lots of choices for excellent restaurants within a mile radius. The hotel is a bit dated, frayed towels, bathroom needed maintenance and mirror needed a good cleaning. That said the Jr. suite had everything we needed for the week, so it worked for us.

Would not recommend. Front desk was very friendly but that was the only positive part about our experience. We made a reservation for the restaurant there, but when we arrived, both the host and our waiter were very rude. We waited about ten minutes at our table before anyone came by. Waiter gave us 1 menu and when I asked for a second, he gave me an eye-roll and sigh before leaving. Our room had this green "goo" coming out from the floorboards. We told front desk around 8am before we left the resort and when we got back around 3pm, our room still hadn't been cleaned by house keeping and the goo was still on the floor. The pool was nice and so was the view.

The people were so nice, especially the man covering the night shift, he spend time giving us advices on tours or what to do, always keen to find a solution when I asked for another pillow. Grreat central location on the island and big rooms.

The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return

The apartment was really nice, clean, modern and spacious for 4 of us. The air con was good and kept us cool and we got great WiFi signal. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with reduced mobility, our room did not have a balcony which we definitely missed. But you can probably be specific on your booking if you want one. The pool provided beautiful views and wasn't cold. The larger pool is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and pretty bare, there are loungers but no options for shade. It looks as though some work may be due to take place around there. We did not have breakfast at the onsite restaurant, we did enjoy a lunch and an evening meal there. The food was delicious but a little pricey, so probably not ideal to eat there every day. We managed to cook two pasta meals in the apartment using the small hob. There is no oven but there was a microwave and a dishwasher which was useful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
