Estadia muito rápida de uma noite. Os recepcionistas são pouco simpáticos. Quartos razoáveis, com equipamentos desligados da tomada, parecendo que não iria receber hóspedes. Café da manhã razoável pelo custo. No banheiro havia roupas de outros hóspedes atrás da porta, mostrando pouco cuidado com a limpeza. Toalhas de péssima qualidade.

Hotel muito bom , porém janela suja . O restaurante foi o ponto fraco. Pedimos uma porção e mesmo depois de uma hora não formos servidos. Outras mesas que chegaram bem depois foram.

Péssima experiência.

Infelizmente o hotel não realizou nossa reserva. Foi necessário nos manejar para um quarto diferente do solicitado. O ar condicionado do quarto estava estragado vazando água. Foi uma pessoa experiência alinhada a um péssimo atendimento.

A estadia foi muito agradável. O hotel é simples e muito bem arrumado, limpo, colchão novo e super confortável, roupas de camas limpinhas, travesseiros ótimos, mobília nova e conservada. Enfim, foi uma experiência muito boa. O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. No último andar fica o restaurante, com uma vista panorâmica linda de toda a cidade! Café da manhã variado e delicioso. Valeu a pena e com certeza quero um dia voltar!

Atendimento do pessoal muito bom, educados e cordiais, só pecou na limpeza da janela do quarto, pois do lado de fora fica onde estão o ar condicionado, pássaros ficam no local e defecam, caindo tudo nas janelas por fora, dá uma aparência muito ruim quando se abre as cortinas
