O quarto que ficamos hospedados cheirava a mofo e a limpeza deixou a desejar. As toalhas estavam bem velhas. O Hotel precisa investir na troca das roupas de cama e banho.

Oportunidade perdida

O Hotel está relativamente bem cuidado, porém, a meu ver, necessita se modernizar. O café da manhã é super básico, diria que bem abaixo da média para sua faixa de preço. Precisam colocar uma máquina de café urgente(porque o café passado é 99% água), incluir manteiga (sim! não tem manteiga), geléias,etc. Além disso, o sistema de ar condicionado é extremamente barulhento. Poderiam ter também um sistema de aquecimento já que Lages é uma cidade com inverno intenso e a área do café, por exemplo, fica bem fria. O Zago Hotel perde a oportunidade de se consolidar como o melhor hotel de Lages pelo fato de não se atualizar, já que a concorrência também é bastante frágil.

Equipe gentil, quarto amplo e bem cuidado. Café da manhã aceitável mas acolhedor. Escolho sempre o horário final devido ao barulho do café e mesmo chegando no horário limite a equipe não me fez sentir que estaria sendo expulsa.

Nosso check-in foi muito rápido e simpático. Gostamos da localização, do atendimento e do café da manhã. Os ambientes no térreo são amplos e agradáveis. Não gostamos da cama e o quarto cheirava a mofo. Tive uma crise alérgica no meio da noite, foi muito ruim.

Hotel com bom padrão. Vaso sanitário nao estava lavado, tive que pedir no segundo dia para darem atenção. O atendimento é ruim, um ou outro funcionário é atencioso. A grende maioria lhe atende com se estivesse fazendo um favor.

Otima opção, hotel executivo

Estivemos em julho 2021 no zago hotel, a recepcao, restaurante, o andar terreo está todo renovado, ambiente muito aconchegante! o quarto que ficamos, quinto andar, quarto um pouco antigo, necessita atenção em alguns pontos, mas nada que nos fizesse se arrepender da estadia, com certeza, voltarei numa proxima.
