“The hand shower in the bathroom made a strange drilling sound every time I used it. The room was a bit untidy when I first entered. The bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, and there was only one carpet, which wasn’t very useful after coming from the shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. Other than that, everything was good. ”

“Wir hatten den schlechtesten Aufenthalt, den wir je erlebt haben. Schon bei der Ankunft war niemand erreichbar – weder Katina noch Bobby gingen ans Telefon. Check-in sollte in der Beach Bar erfolgen, aber niemand wusste Bescheid. Erst nach langem Hin und Her wurden wir aufs Zimmer gebracht – ohne Erklärung zu Safe, WLAN, Reinigung etc. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, aber viele Dinge funktionierten nicht: defekte Schalter, offene Kabel unter dem Bett, LED-Licht kaputt. Der Safe war nicht nutzbar,...
