Checking in was a puzzle. You have to go to the main office downtown to access any of the hotels

The room was very clean, and as party of 3 they had already prepared the extra bed for us which was very nice. The location was convenient especially if you’re driving a car, parking was available right in front (or in back) of hotel. We had an issue with our door code not working when we came back late at night (11:30pm) but I was able to use the monitor/device by the front door to call for help. She was able to quickly get it resolved.

Desk staff were very helpful in dealing with our very early arrival, also with suggestions for shopping for replacement for lost raincoat. Great suggestion for restaurant for dinner. Loved the location.
