Room was clean and the property well lit and felt safe. Convenient location right off the interstate, but tucked away from the usual noise and traffic. Walking distance to Burger King and a 24/hour Gas Station Convenient Store. My only complaint was the room was on the smaller size.

Came late after another hotel didn't workout. Staff was wonderful, room was clean, air already on 70 so the rooms temperature was nice, good size bathroom. Several convenience stores and fast food options. Will be staying again.

RedRoof inn doesn't offer much and they are cheap. But the room was clean, the front desk friendly, and everything in my room, including the TV, worked.

This hotel is super no nonsense, but it's super chill, which is nice. Years ago, it used to be super trapped out, but with the new management, it is SUPER QUIET now. Mike, the guy that works the front desk is super nice and very accommodating. He's the best. The area around the motel isn't the BEST part of town, however there are no real hoods in Lafayette.... I still walk alone here at 2, 3, 4 AM on the regular and have NO PROBLEMS.

Terrible Customer Service – Will Not Return ​I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."

The room stated it was renovated which it clearly wasn’t. The air condition was dirty. They still had patches in the wall and bathroom area. Only one small thin sheet on the bed. While you can’t expect much from the price point, it’s more like an hourly motel.
