Okay but not sure I’ll stay again.

Stayed for my daughter’s softball tournament. Felt very safe and the staff were very friendly. Only complaint was the room had a very weird smell, almost as they used a roach bomb before we arrived. The floor was even slippery from whatever they used .

The hotel was alright. It was a little dirty. The bed was broken and my boyfriend and i kept hitting our leg on the metal bar that stuck out. The bed was pretty comfy. The AC unit was really dirty. The staff was really nice and helped us with what we needed. But overall, it was alright :)

Room change and great breakfast

I appreciate the willingness to accommodate us on a first floor room since my husband has some back issues. I was given a second floor room initially and when I requested an exchange Ana made the arrangements very quickly. They certainly know how to keep customers happy. The breakfast was the best of out whole trip! Thanks

Great stay

The bed was very comfortable. We ended up having a leak in from the ac unit that was fixed within minutes of us finding it. The floors could have been swept a little better but otherwise everything was clean and tidy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, but out-of-date. Other quests were noisy. There was suspected drug-dealing in the parking lot. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was nice, including waffles, eggs, sausage, and fruit.

Staff was incredible and helpful but the pictures were definitely not recent or updated. A lot to do near by but wouldn't even want to shower due to mold and stains. Continental breakfast was a 2/10.

The property looks like it needs a deep renovation. The fixtures are dusted but you can tell they haven't seen a clean deep in a long time. That been said, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and had the minimum required. The counter staff mentioned that they served breakfast between 6:30 am and 9:30 am but when we went to the hall the next morning there was no breakfast being served. Their excuse was that the supplier failed in bringing the necessary groceries. I find that hard to believe.
