Always a pleasure to come here. The staff always helpful in anyway they can. Clean room and if in a king room in very nice. Room to move around and relax. I travel a lot this is kinda my favorite motel in the area. Price is great!!!!!

The room was clean. Only problem i had was woke up middle of night by mice. Was like 6 on the counter. Got moved rooms problem was resolved. Now this place was under remodel so hopefully they get this all under control. Hot tube was out of service only reason i picked this place.

Nice, clean. Easy check-in. Desk clerk was super nice. Not too far from an event I was attending the following day. QUIET! a little bit outside of the town of Frankfort but only about 5-10 minutes to town . I felt safe there.

Happy traveler.

The hotel is being remodeled. It is under construction which shows me they are taking pride in the hotel. The rooms were clean ans the bed was extremely comfortable. All staff were friendly.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made the staff worth it! Although the hotel was in renovation mode; they accomidated my every need---going above and beyond to please me. The hotel itself was very quiet. My young kids slept in everyday with no noise issues.

Maybe they were doing renovations, but the hallways were flithy, the door latch wasn't there. Like even during renovations you can clean up as you go. The breakfast was very subpar, the juice was hot and the food was not it. But inside the room it was nice

Found the general condition very poor. Room recently painted with paint on trim, curtains torn. lamps dirty. Hallway on 2nd floor was dirty and carpet worn out. AC in main building was off but fine in room. Staff were very good, always friendly and helpful.

This property looks NOTHING like it does in the photos, everything is dirty, broken or absent. For example, we only had a top white sheet to sleep with and no drain fixture on our tub. Nothing has been vacuumed in months. Pool and hot tub were "under construction" yet there was nothing under any construction.

This place needs cleaned. Top to bottom. I was shown 4 rooms upon check in just to find a room without debris on the floor my child wouldn’t put in her mouth. I had to request cleaning supplies myself just to get a room clean enough to stay in. I had to request the fridge to switched just to have a working fridge since we were traveling and had a cooler of drinks and snacks for the kids. Lamps without bulbs. No working phone in the room. Bed linens dirty and needed changed. The stool in the room was gross and what appears to be mouse dropping on but the gentleman at the desk informed me was just dust. Drywall chunks around toilet base, unswept floors, and dirty smelling rooms. We were also under the impression our children could swim in the pool area, that was not the case. The pool did look like it was in okay condition but the hot tub was half empty with gross standing water. The floors of the pool room hadn’t been swept probably this whole year and I’m not kidding. There was old dirty socks on the floor in there. The shower area was leaking and was atrocious! Half the room didn’t have numbers “due to remodeling” that includes the 4th room we were given. When telling them how dirty the rooms were and refusing to have my children in there they asked me what they were supposed to do. I kept telling them “I don’t know I paid for a CLEAN and safe room, I know that’s not much to ask but I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job OR offer to do it myself” VERY GROSS!!!!!
