Some of the rooms have bedbugs. We had non smoking room and smelled like smoke. Daughter's room smelled like mildew and my brother's room infested with bed bugs

We have stayed at this location several times. Myself and many family members. Because this hotel has construction workers stay there often… although the linens, towels, etc., were clean. The furniture, anything fabric coverings, chairs, loveseats and carpet smell horrible, like body order & diesel fuel and bug killer. The loves seats in our rooms this trip and we had family meeting there for a funeral so 6 rooms total (all rooms with 2 queen beds) Loveseats disgusting stained a smelled horrible including carpets. I killed a roach in my bathroom one morning. The staff completely nice and pleasant. Although they homeless people occupying the outdoor space and you had to walk through them if went through a secondary door in & out, unexceptable.

3 nights, during Mardi Gras, very clean , comfortable , and convenient . Excellent breakfast with good variety . AC and fridge practically silent . Definitely a repeat customer .

Staff accommodating. The room -- I had to go to desk 3 times to request various necessary items..towels, washcloths. Request can of Lysol spray to attempt to clear themusty moldy smell in the room..I sprayed the carpet thoroughly and that seemed to disguise the odor. Just felt dirty..thankful for our flipflops

The room was ok definitely outdated but plenty of space. When I arrived for my stay, the manager was in the phone via speaker talking to an employee about their work schedule. That was extremely unprofessional and did not acknowledge me until way after the 10 minute conversation was over then would stop talking to me to talk to the other workers in the room. it was extremely rude. Customers should always come first.

Life Safety Hazard Property.

All exterior doors are unlocked 24/7 creating a life safety hazard for employees and guests alike. This is not acceptable. Trash cans in rooms have no liners. Food, etc., is not adequately cleaned out. Trash can liners are needed. Curtains in Room 103 won’t close - used clothes hanger clips to keep them closed. Coffee creamer in room rock hard packets are very old.

Very clean hotel, room and lobby were clean. Room was fine, seemed to be updated recently. Not much of a breakfast so don’t rely on that. Area around hotel is not the best looking so gives not safe vibes but may be fine.

Stayed here for wedding, back entry did not securely latch. First room had a terrible mildew smell that was overwhelming. Thought it was the whole hotel due to moist climate. Family came in For wedding and there rooms did not smell. Were moved to a second room and my husband was bit up by bedbugs, woke up to them crawling on bed. No trashcan liners and hotel was just very unkempt. Would not stay there ever again changed hotels at 0130 in the morning and had to launder everything and leave everything else in car so we didn’t contaminate new room with bugs. Worst experience I’ve had in 22 yrs of traveling.

Property needs to be updated. Carpets were kinda of old and most hotels now days no longer have carpets. Also, the rooms has a smell of cigarette smoke that was disguised by some sort of air freshener that didn’t help.
