The washers didn't do a good job. The dishwasher was very noisy and did not clean the dishes. Had to clean hair out of the bathtub drain. Had to fix toilet seat. No hot water on some of the showers or at the kitchen sink. Was supposed to have cleaning service one day and didn't get any days. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The other reviews of this place were really good but it wasn’t good for me. The hotel has a smell to it. Usually a hotel will have a fragrance blasting in the lobby when you walk in but this place had a bad smell. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, supposedly the hotel is non-smoking. That was not the case. My room smelled horrific. The window didn’t open and I couldn’t air the room out. I asked to transfer rooms but they were fully booked. It just didn’t really feel clean. I also was solo for this trip and there were so many men staying there, and I only saw one other woman staying there (who I knew), and some of the staff were female. It just made me feel a little uneasy not seeing any other guests other than men. I will say the staff was very nice and helpful to me. I appreciated the kitchen in the room as well.

Very short stay, late night arrival, left earlier in the morning. Hotel was a little older, but staff was very helpful and happy at 1am, and helpful in the morning when we left.

Staff was friendly. The room was falling apart. Carpeting was pulled up and we kept tripping on it. Our stay was not peaceful due to a noisy party in the room next to us. They also had very smelly fast food that made our room reek as well. Not the hotels fault- just unfortunate for us. When we were returning to our room the front desk staff was folding sheets on the front desk and there was a huge pile on the office chair and dragging on the floor. That was so gross and unsanitary. I felt uneasy about sleeping in the sheets that night. That’s what I get for trying to find something affordable I suppose.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained, and staff are very kinda and helpful. The fitness room has a good amount of equipment, but it shares a room with the laundry machines, so it can get unbearably hot and humid in there.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Essentials were missing from the room ie: towels, hair dryer, silverware, ice bucket... Carpet squares are peeling from the floor leaving the floor exposed and I tripped several times walking from the bed to the bathroom. The room smelled musty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

I know this is a no-smoking hotel but the hotel smelled like stale smoke. The gym did not have hand sanitizer or wipes to clean the machines. The gym smelled pretty bad too. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
