“Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. “We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The room is very clean, modern and roomy. The washroom, shower was beautiful. We arrived in a downpour. The staff was really helpful with umbrellas. The front desk person spoke some English and was very helpful. We woke up to a nice complimentary breakfast. “Everything you need, to get a calm stay on this busy island. With a direct access to a lagoon with a large mangrove forest and the sea, it has also one of the nicest natural spots of Ko Chang. The staff is absolutely kind and will help you for any issue. The rooms are fantastic! Only thing you have to know, the hotel is on the opposite side of quite all accommodations. So if you wanna have a drink outside or go to the beach, you need a motorbike. But the nice views make every ride worth...
