“The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room.
Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste.

“Camp Oak View was in an amazing location with views. We stayed in the glass house which was spacious, clean and cozy for us travelling as a couple. My partner fell ill with a fever and the staff could not be more helpful in providing medicine, heater, food etc. They were truly great”

“Good location but it gives you a feeling of staying in a budget hotel… despite charging good amount for stay, the hotel does not offer basic amenities in the room like slippers, tooth brush kit, soap etc
You will have to ask for everything!! Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable!
Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

“I had a very disappointing stay and would not choose this property again.

The body lotion provided in our room had already been used, and there was a used towel left behind, which immediately raised concerns about housekeeping. The bedding also appeared not to have been properly washed, and both of us developed a rash after sleeping on it.
We requested a room...
