We had an issue with a third-party booking, and it took about 30 minutes for staff to locate the reservation I made for my family and get us a room. Be careful when relying on the pictures on Expedia, as they may not accurately reflect every section of the property. If you stay on the North side, the rooms are newer and amazing. The South side, however, definitely shows its age. Despite that, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were exceptionally clean throughout our stay

We had an excellent experience at the resort this weekend! Everything was absolutely amazing — from the beautiful environment to the outstanding service. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, well organized, and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time — this was already our second time visiting the resort! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Staff was awesome, but a few maintenance items I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes.
