Birch Motel was close to everything, We didn't get to use the pool but it was nice and clean. We have a little beach area but we would've had to cross a very busy street. Otherwise the place was nice and clean. Janet at the front desk was very nice.

Easy and friendly check in and out. Property was well maintained. I did feel the interior finishes of the room were dated for the value. The bathroom was small and older. Room was very clean and close to other amenities.

Everyone here was so friendly! The view of the lake was gorgeous and we spent every night sitting out in the Adirondacks left for visitors to use on the dock. Janet was incredibly helpful and kind and the hotel was very clean and comfortable (it even had great AC)! Only 10 minutes from Weirs Beach and close to an ice cream shop and a beach bar. Also nearby the Laconia Rail Bikes, which are definitely worth the trip. Stay here it's great!!! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Birch Knoll Motel! The property is clean and well maintained, and the owners were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location right on the lake is beautiful, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds were nicely maintained, We especially enjoyed spending time by the water and appreciated how close the motel is to local attractions while still feeling quiet and secluded. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Birch Knoll Motel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway.
