We (2 senior sisters) really enjoyed our stay at Lac Brome. The breakfast was included and was really nice, included bacon, omelet, potatoes, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, croissants, everything and my sister was especially pleased to have decaf coffee. We also enjoyed the sauna which included the dry, wet and hot tub. The location was good close to Knowlton and Highway 10 as well. It also had a Nescafé coffee machine in the room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area.

This hotel is a pleasure to stay for a few days. The amenities are wonderful and staff very attentive. Guests can access a lovely lake beach with seating. Rooms are spacious and very clean

The hotel is located across the road from Lac Brome, so a very nice view of the lake and there is a beach area with a few kayaks for use. Parking is convenient and the staff are pleasant and efficient. Our room was at the back of the hotel with a balcony, a king size bed and well equipped. The continental breakfast has good choices. Knowlton is 15 minutes away and the road is scenic along the lakeshore.

Nice setting overlooking lac Brome. Outdoor Pool, hot tubs, sauna, etc..Kayaks and canoes were fun and easy to rent. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. Convenient location to get around the Eastern Townships. Staff were great.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was very nice but it had the worse shower I have ever seen. I understand conserving water but our shower was ridiculous! Also, forget watching Netflix!! It never connected to any movies or shows. Really too bad because otherwise it was a nice place to spend the weekend

Fantastic hotel, great location to be based at to do your Eastern Township daily excursions. Beautiful view both from the front (lake) and the back (wooded area). Friendly staff behind desk, everything inside is remodelled, rooms are updated, spacious, and clean. Variety of room or suite set ups for your group. Great amenities, spa, sauna, small gym, a private beach across the street, pool, lots of lounge and deck space to sit and chill. And a great continental breakfast in the morning. You will not regret staying here!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were simply looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay overnight, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the entire property was well-maintained and organized. We loved the peaceful nature setting by the lake, as well as the spa amenities, sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A perfect place to relax and unwind away from the city. Highly recommended! 🤎🤎🤎

Great views from both the front of the hotel and from the back. Amenities include a gym, saunas, hot tubs and outdoor pool. There is outdoor seating both on the nature reserve side (back) and on the lake (front), with bonfires and watercraft rentals. We were there a little early in the season (mid-April), so not everything was available or open.

Very disappointed upon arrival. Hotel website stated that therapeutic massages were available on site. This was not the case. We had to call to find someone and then had to go to their clinic for the massage. Staff did not help us do this. We were told they would make a few calls but did not follow through. The room was fantastic.. clean and fresh with a large balcony although no chairs or a table to sit outside were provided. There were no activities in and around the hotel that were offered. We had to drive into town for something to do. The price of the room was excessive in my opinion because of the lack of amenities. Cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast was top notch. Restaurant was extremely overpriced and only open from 5:00 to 8:00. Will not go back or recommend.

The room is great! the beach is great! And the breakfast is far and beyond what you would expect for a complimentary meal. We definitely will be going back....but not for another culinary experience at the restaurant "Un Vrai Delice." Why would a family resort with all the fun things to do put a dent in your adventure and your wallet by agreeing to have such a one-star eating establishment associated with it? Someone must have connections in high places because I surely can't figure this out! Duck, duck and more duck and then how about a duck hamburger!?!? Where are all the family meals? The breakfast mornings were packed with children but nowhere to be seen at suppertime. It doesn't take a scientist to know that what a difference if "beef" hamburgers, chicken nuggets, wings and things, etc. were being offered, the place would be packed. Instead, there's eight or so people in the restaurant that were actually sitting there trying to figure out the menu of "delise" before either choosing a not-so-great meal or walking away. I'm sorry I didn't walk away, but I won't be going back. One more thing...for you families, get in the car a drive down the road to Knowlton where the meals makes sense and save you dollars!

Cute hotel close to Bromont and pretty villages like Knowlton. Spa was a nice treat. Healthy options at breakfast and friendly staff. Enjoyed walking on the frozen lake.
