We had two rooms, one with a fabulous view of the harbor/islands and one with a window overlooking the hillside. The location of Zasgo was perfect for our family, a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. A grocery store, pharmacy, gift store, and clothing shop are all in the hotel building. The pool on the 3rd floor roof was lovely. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed the included breakfast almost daily.

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, smiling and always helpful throughout the stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool bar, which had a beautiful panoramic view and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the bathroom water was not hot enough, and the water drainage system was quite slow, which could be improved. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience.

View is incredible rooftop dining. Infinity pool the same. Best hotel we stayed in and cheap,cheap, cheap. Fabulous breakfast buffet but truly appreciate reception staff who made multiple calls, texts and follow ups for a trip screw up. Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful

Visiting Labuan Bajo to do the tour of Komodo Island, the hotel is convenient and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are very clean and modern (many have views of the harbor), and there is a market on the ground floor for any of your last minute needs.

AC was top notch. We woke up to a frigid environment which is what we like. Rooms was nice and clean. Hotel was nice and clean. The pool/restaurant/bar was great but the staff wasn’t super helpful. We were seated for a while and ended up going up to the bar to order several times. Not a deal breaker though.

Awesome stay

Amazing stay again as we loved it so much the first time we had to return. Great rooftop pool area to watch the sunset and just hang out. Breakfast great. Rooms comfortable and staff friendly. By far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Indonesia, not a bug in sight!!

The hotel is really nice… the swimming pool is the best part. Excellent view and the bar right in there. The room was spacious and from previous reviews we thought the bathroom would be small, but not at all. The only 2 bad things are the internet that drops every 2 minutes and the menu options are very poor. And the food is not really good and expensive for what it is, we even got upset stomach after eating.

Very simple but has all you need for a short stay in Labuan Bajo. Only complain is that you are not allowed to take the pool towels for your day trip to Komodo Island. Other than that it is great, staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Our experience at Zasgo Hotel was overwhelmingly positive from the moment we checked in. We were welcomed by the impeccable Adi, who not only gave us all the information about the hotel, but also, at our request, booked a boat tour for the next morning to Komodo National Park (due to the delay of our plane we arrived at the hotel almost at dinner time). While Adì answered our questions, Elisa and Hendra entertained our daughter who was waiting for us to finish checking in. The very friendly Aldo accompanied us to our room. Our family room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the view from the balcony amazing. The location of the hotel is ideal for reaching the centre of town and several restaurants where we could dine. The swimming pool at sunset is undoubtedly a plus, as is the friendly staff who are super helpful in resolving any customer requests. The supermarket below the hotel is an added convenience
