Peaceful and relaxing

A quiet and peaceful stay inundated room right next to the pool. The free shuttle to the airport is a plus, and it was a 6 minute moped ride into the main town using the Grab app. Pool was relaxing to sit by. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

A peaceful and comfortable stay.

A perfect place for a 5 day stay, my deluxe bungalow room was next to the pool. It was peaceful, clean and spacious with both AC and a fan. Breakfast is a bonus! The hotel is located outside of the centre of Labuan Baja, and getting into town was easy using the Grab app for a moped. Free shuttle to the airport which was 10 minutes away. Recommend for a peaceful stay.

We booked two rooms for 1 night as we have an excursion the next day. We booked mainly because the reviews were good and they had airport transportation to give us the ease of getting to the hotel. However, even after confirming time and flight information and us giving them notification when we landed and they confirmed someone’s waiting for us at the airport no one came. We tried messaging through Expedia and did not get a response. Good thing we had the hotel number and was able to reach them via WhatsApp. First we were told don’t worry someone is coming and to wait. When we asked how long we would need to wait they said they did not know and to take a taxi and they would pay the taxi when it arrived at the hotel. We had to negotiate with the taxi that payment will be made at the hotel. They did end up paying for the taxi when we arrived. The place was quite dated. The air conditioner didn’t really work. We were super hot. I had to ask for fans, but they only had one. The bed had only a sheet cover as a blanket. The bed was not comfortable. The window mesh had holes allowing mosquitoes in. The door knobs were coming off the bathroom door. Worst of it was one of the shower head exploded while we were showering. Good thing our eyes were closed otherwise we could have been hurt. Breakfast was included. We were up early before the 8 am time so they accommodated us for 7:30 am. Food was still warm and there were eggs to order. The staff was friendly and tried to help.

VERY CLEAN. THE POOL IS A BIG HIT WITH THE GUESTS.FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE (VAN), WHICH IS REALLY CONVENIENT WHEN YOU HAVE LARGE LUGGAGE THAT WILL NOT FIT ON A GRAB BIKE. THE STAFF ARE LOVELY AND KIND. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is a very budget friendly property about 10 mins drive from the airport . Very clean very friendly helpful staff . Pool was clean and towels were provided. Negative part . Not close to any restaurants at all. Breakfast too simple for my liking . toast bread available - no butter . jam honey and peanut butter yes . but not my taste . Indonesian Coffee on a little hotplate same as black tea . Only it wasn't black as they put maybe one bag in a whole urn. Fried rice Eggs small indonesian pancakes fried bananas and a bit of fruit . that was breakfast . No hairdryer in the room A/C yes .Mosquitos in the room. The rooms are exactly as small and basic like smaller motels provide . Bathroom large but running water was dribble . The shower , constant game of hot water then cold then hot . No water provided to clean teeth . If you want a cheap stay this is the place Major plus. shuttle to and from airport provided. We stayed here as all the hotels at the port reviewers complained of the Moslem call 4am and midday and afternoon . So we wanted to avoid this . It was pleasant but I couldn't have done it more than 2 nts

Great stay before and after our Komodo boat tour. Close to airport and hotel shuttle made it easy to get to hotel and back. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and adjoining restaurant breakfast was great - even offering a takeaway for our early morning departure. Only one odd thing to note, first room we were in had kettle and coffee/tea. Second room, no kettle and we were told they don't provide it. Just a little weird.

My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. This checked all those boxes at $39 Canadian for the night • Food at restaurant was reasonably priced and good (85,000 for Nasi Goreng and a Bintang beer- a local beer) • Pool was good and enjoyed the led lighting at night • Rooms were simple and adequate. • Water is complimentary in the restaurant by refill (no bottles in room.) • No mosquito netting in room but I didn’t see mosquitoes in the room. • Town is a bit of a drive and will cost 70,000 for a car so if you want to be in the mix of things this may not be for you but there was a convenience store close by • Tours will include pick up for this location it’s not super far just not in the downtown core

FABULOUS!!!!

Super fantastic place. If you’re looking for something close to airport then this is it. Price very reasonable for breakfast included and being chauffeured to the airport as well. Friendly hosts and oh the pool is also awesome.

This place is great if you have a early flight the next day. It wouldn't be somewhere i'd stay if you're hoping to explore Labuan Bajo and be in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Overall though, this place is fantastic. Super kind and helpful staff, great restaurant.

Good for an early flight but otherwise the suburban location means a 20k motorbike ride to the centre of town. Breakfast starts at 8am and there is a good variety of options. Only negative is the hot water in the shower runs hot and cold, as the gas water heater turns on snd off.

Room was a bit noisy facing the street and neighbours who chant all night. Nice pool and clean garden area. Service was ok, not going out of their way to their help guests. Breakfast tasty, but do not come after 8.30, as they do not refill everything.
